Anthropic launched two new components inside its Claude Partner Network: a Services Track and a Partner Hub. The Services Track creates a formal pathway for consultancies, agencies, and individual practitioners to become certified Claude implementation partners. The Partner Hub is the searchable directory where businesses can find them.
The network uses three tiers: Select, Preferred, and Global Premier. Each tier reflects the depth of Anthropic's assessment, the volume of certified practitioners, and the level of backing from Anthropic for partner-led client engagements. The programme currently has more than 10,000 certified consultants across participating firms, and Anthropic has committed $100M in programme support to help certified partners scale their practices.
The announcement positions certified partners as the implementation layer for enterprise and mid-market AI adoption — with smaller businesses implicitly in scope as partner practices grow and the lower tiers of the network fill in.
What this means for UK small businesses
Until now, finding a consultant who genuinely knew how to implement Claude-based AI in a business workflow was a matter of asking around, checking LinkedIn, or hoping a general IT agency had kept up with recent developments. The results were mixed, and the risk of paying for confident-sounding advice that did not reflect current model capabilities was real.
The Partner Hub changes that. A UK business owner can now search for certified implementation partners by geography, sector, or use case — and know that the firms listed have met Anthropic's training and assessment standards. That does not guarantee a good outcome on any individual project, but it does meaningfully reduce the guesswork around who to trust at the first meeting.
