AI is turning up on the customer's side of the counter. Conversational AI already live in more than 210 UK estate agency offices; 25% stake, part tied to a three-year preferred-provider deal.

What the announcement said

On Wednesday 7 October, The Property Franchise Group (AIM: TPFG), which describes itself as the UK's largest multi-brand property franchisor, said it has taken a 25% stake in Enteka Ai, a conversational AI platform for UK estate agents and mortgage brokers. It paid £0.9m for a 15% stake; a further 10% is tied to a three-year agreement making Enteka its preferred AI provider.

Enteka is already live in more than 210 TPFG offices across brands including Belvoir, EweMove, Hunters, Martin & Co, Northwood and Whitegates, plus Brook Financial Services, and TPFG says the aim is better lead capture and conversion. Enteka stays independent.
