Workshops
A live working session on one stuck piece of work.
This is for the business owner and a small team. It is not a lecture. You pick one issue that is already slowing the business down. In the session you work that issue until the room agrees one result: knowledge, a skill, a decision, or an action.
Most workshops are 90 to 120 minutes. A half day or a full day is possible when the work needs it. Sessions are usually on Zoom.
Pricing is bespoke. We price the workshop after we understand the issue. There is no set fee on this page.
- The price is for a prepared session, not only the time on the call.
- It is one price for the session, not a price per person.
- An in-person visit is a different arrangement from Zoom. Travel is handled separately.
- The workshop ends at the agreed result. Anything larger is a separate decision.
Example sessions
These are session types AI Fusion can run. They are not case studies, and they are not a promise about someone else’s business.
Follow-up that goes quiet
Stuck work: a new enquiry comes in, then nothing happens until someone remembers to reply.
Who should be in the room: the owner and the person who handles new enquiries.
You leave with: one agreed follow-up path for a new enquiry, written so the team can use the same steps.
A workflow that stalls
Stuck work: a job, order, or request sits between two steps because the handoff lives in someone’s head or a chat thread.
Who should be in the room: the owner and the people on either side of that handoff.
You leave with: one agreed map of that bottleneck, and the single next change to try.
A CRM the team does not trust
Stuck work: customer details and next actions are split across the inbox, notes, and a CRM that is out of date.
Who should be in the room: the owner and the person who is supposed to keep the CRM current.
You leave with: one agreed place for a customer record and the next action, and who updates it.
Admin or a report rebuilt by hand
Stuck work: the same weekly admin, or the same report, is rebuilt from scratch every time.
Who should be in the room: the owner and the person who pulls the numbers or does that admin.
You leave with: one agreed version of that checklist or report, and who owns it next time.
This is the way to ask about a workshop. The form is the same enquiry form used on this site, so the message reaches Grant. He reads it and replies with whether a session fits, and what it would cover.
The form asks for your name, email, phone, and a message. Phone is required on this form. In the message, write these five things:
- Business name
- What is getting stuck right now
- What a good result from the session would be
- Who needs to be in the room
- How long the team can give: about 90 minutes, half a day, or a full day
