AI Fusion was founded by Grant De Swardt, based in East Sussex, England. Grant works with business owners and teams to identify where intelligence can create value, what to build first and how to make the change stick.

The work starts with the business—not a platform. Grant assesses the workflows, systems, data, team, risks and opportunities before recommending technology. If better data, training, ordinary automation or a simpler process is the answer, he will say so.
